Design, test, implement, and maintain information systems that support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications used internally across ADB sites in the United States, Canada, and Brazil. Collaborate with sales, engineering, IT leadership, vendor in the Netherlands, and corporate headquarters in Belgium. Lead development role managing system migration to SAP and streamlining sales interface. Provide customer support for Sales Department and collaborate system-wide to improve process controls.

 

Project Sampling:

 

CRM (Sofon):  Designed new interface supporting data migration to SAP platform, and managed transition using SSIS packages.  Customized scripts tailored to workflow processes and screens aligned with the needs of the Sales Department. Established new financial reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SRS) 2012.

 

CRM (Infor):  Customized sales workflow and created sales financial reporting using SQL SRS 2008 R 2.  Designed SSIS packages to integrate data between the Syteline ERP and CRM, developed a Visual Studio. NET 2005 to facilitate user interface, and acted as Database Administrator on the SQL Server 2005 DBMS.

 

ERP (Syteline): Designed progress code to support interaction between the ERP and CRM systems, and Bartender software to create box label interface with ERP system.  Created a Visual Studio .NET Project to interact with Microsoft Project Server 2010/2007 (Project Server Interface) to update project hours and project expenses from the ERP system.

 

Pacejet Shipping Software:  Utilized software to update Crystal Reports, and used Microsoft Reporting Service to design new reports that aligned with the requirements of the Shipping Department. 

 

Microsoft SharePoint (SP) 2010/2007:  Created Intranet sites and administered user rights and access.  Used SP Designer to update forms, ULSV to diagnose issues within a SP farm environment, and Microsoft InfoPath to update applicable forms for the Quality Control Department.

 

First Pass Yield (QC):  Utilized Visual Studio .NET on project to create inspection forms used for quality control purposes. Engineering Change: Used Visual Studio .NET to create tickets for the Engineering Service Department, and facilitated interface with existing ERP, CRM, and SolidWorks using the data tier.

Maintained web application and back-end using C#, ASP, JavaScript, Oracle and SQL Server 2000 on the CAMS project.  Created a service application using Visual Studio .NET to extract data from Oracle, and created FTP class to transfer data file to RIM and CDS mainframes.
